Synergy Dance Company Mission South Kitsap Dance Association/Synergy Dance Company is a non-profit dance company established in 1998 and is directed by Jennifer Dean. The Dance Company was established to enrich the lives of the members of our community while providing children and adults with the opportunity to be part of an organization that will teach the art of dance and performance in a fun and positive yet disciplined environment. The program promotes self- esteem and self-discipline while providing an outlet for creation and self- expression. Our intention is to endow each student with the knowledge, skill and discipline required to fully reach their individual potential, in dance and in life. Company Members must be willing to commit themselves to the art by disciplining themselves in their classes and to work hard every minute of their dance class. Company Members receive extensive training from Academy of Dance's highly accomplished and professional staff. Our Directors are committed to fulfilling this mission while promoting teamwork and respect for the art in a positive yet discipline environment. "Enriching the lives of our community through dance"
